Monitoring services can provide an accurate, responsive system for the activation of support when there are indicators associated with relapse process.
Early intervention is the key to interrupting the progression of relapse thinking and behavior patterns for many individuals relapse is a part of the recovery process of learning.
Monitoring allows for early identification of potential difficulties. The procedure for alerted response includes a collaborative process between the recovering client, identified support people and treatment professionals. A review of the treatment plan is initiated to assure that any necessary corrections can be implemented to re-establish progress toward the goal of long-term sobriety.
The monitoring contract includes components of the aftercare plan provided at completion of primary treatment. Some examples of these activities are; Scheduled and random urinalysis for drug screening, attendance of community 12 step meetings, employment or school attendance. Additional terms can be included.
SGS is associated with a network of certified laboratories nationwide. This relationship assures a system for convenient, accurate and time sensitive test results. We provide a discreet method for documenting attendance at 12 step meetings. We believe that this accountability can support treatment compliance and ongoing sobriety. SGS facilitates the process for communicating with identified stakeholders as outlined by federal law. SGS performs all functions of monitoring and maintenance of documentation along with regular agreements.
